The change is applied by scripts/tpr-branding.py inside this archive, which is
the authoritative description of it — it lists every file touched and the exact
string swapped in each. Re-running it against a pristine upstream tree
reproduces this install's presentation layer exactly.

Nothing else in Castopod is modified. Configuration lives in .env, which is
excluded from this archive because it holds database credentials and the
analytics salt; .env.example upstream documents every key it sets.
